Couldn’t be more pleased!

The PVC Repair Company was recommended to me by a neighbour, and now, 4 months after getting my window frames and front door replaced, I honestly couldn’t be more pleased, not only with the end result, but with every aspect of the process from start to finish.

I initially decided I would get three quotes: The first visit was from a representative of a company in Belfast. The second visit was from The PVC Repair Company and I was so impressed by Harry’s communicative skills, friendliness, attention to detail and conscientiousness, that I decided, even before I got the quote, that this was who I wanted to do the work – even if the quote was a bit higher than the first quote, but it turned out in fact to be lower. I didn’t even bother to get a third quote.

I had two new doors and a new window fitted by the PVC repair company, they arrived at the time arranged and were very efficient at their job, dust sheets were put down and any mess was cleaned up afterwards, the guys were very friendly and I couldn’t fault the work. The whole process from ordering and altering our choice of products to the final fitting was handled very professionally. Job well done, thanks.

Will definitely use this company again. Harry and Joe managed to fix a side window that we thought was irreparable and if they hadn’t have been so honest could have charged us for a whole new window. Their time and efforts to ensure the window was properly repaired can only be commended, as well as the price. Will most definitely use PVC Repair Company again and will recommend to others.

We got new front and back pvc doors fitted to replace old wooden doors, really happy with the service, the price and the product. They stuck to the dates agreed, provided high quality doors that are really well fitted and at a great price, we would highly recommend them.
